Refund Policy

The Right of Inspection

At Farmstead Off 19, we take great pride in the quality, flavor, and freshness of our specialty roots, microgreens, and seasonal crops.  We firmly believe you should never have to pay for produce you aren't thrilled with.

  • Before Payment: At the time of pickup, you have the right and responsibility to inspect all produce before completing your purchase.

  • Acceptance: Once you have inspected the items and proceeded with payment, this constitutes your formal acceptance of the product’s quality, quantity, and condition.

No Refunds Post-Purchase

Because we cannot control the storage, temperature, or handling conditions of perishable produce once it leaves our sight, no refunds or returns will be issued after the transaction is complete.

  • This applies to all products we sell.

  • Once the produce has left the pickup location, the sale is considered final.

"Grown to Order" Commitments

For microgreens and specialty wholesale orders:

  • Since these items are grown specifically for you over a 10–14 day cycle, we ask that you communicate any concerns immediately upon arrival at the pickup location.

  • If, upon inspection, the product does not meet the specifications discussed during the order process, you may decline the purchase at that time without penalty.

Order Adjustments

If you realize at the time of pickup that you ordered more than you can use, or if a specific item doesn't meet your expectations, we are happy to adjust your virtual cart on the spot before you pay. Our goal is for you to head home with exactly what you need.

Quality Concerns

While we do not offer refunds after pickup, your feedback is vital to us. If you discover a hidden issue with a product (such as the internal quality of a root) within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at sales@farmsteadoff19.com with a photo. While a refund may not be issued, we value the opportunity to make it right in a future order.
