Eligibility & User Requirements

To use this website or reserve/purchase products from it, you must be at least 18 years of age. By using this site, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. Our services are intended for customers who can physically pick up produce at our designated locations within the state of Florida.

Commercial Terms & Payments

  • Reservations: Placing an order through our "virtual cart" constitutes a reservation of produce.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payment only at the time of physical pickup. Accepted methods may include Cash, Credit/Debit cards, and major digital payment apps (e.g., Venmo, Zelle, or Square).

  • Pricing: Due to the nature of produce sold by weight and product availability, the final price may be adjusted and finalized at the time of pickup.

Right to Change Offerings

Farmstead Off 19 is a seasonal market garden. We reserve the right to:

  • Change, modify, or discontinue any product or variety at any time without notice.

  • Adjust pricing or quantities based on harvest yields and seasonal availability.

  • Modify pickup locations and times as needed to accommodate farm operations.

Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • Nature of the Product: We provide fresh, raw agricultural products. While we strive for the highest quality, we provide our products "as is" without any express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Post-Acceptance: As outlined in our Refund Policy, once you inspect and pay for your produce, the sale is final. We are not liable for the degradation of produce due to improper storage or handling once it leaves our possession.

  • Website Use: We do not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including but not limited to text, farm logos, photography of our crops, and original recipes—is the intellectual property of Farmstead Off 19 LLC.

  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without express written consent.

  • You are encouraged to share links to our site or social media posts, provided proper credit is given.

User-Generated Content & Reviews

We love hearing from our community; however, we reserve the right to manage all user-generated content on our site.

  • Moderation: We reserve the right to monitor, edit, move, or delete any user-submitted content, including but not limited to blog comments, product reviews, and forum posts.

  • Prohibited Content: We will remove content that is deemed offensive, spam, defamatory, off-topic, or intended to promote third-party commercial interests.

  • License to Use: By posting a review or comment on our site, you grant Farmstead Off 19 LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that content in our marketing materials or social media.

Account Suspension & Cancellation

We value our community and the labor that goes into our harvest. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a member’s account or block a user from future reservations if:

  • The user fails to show up for scheduled pickups ("No-Shows").

  • The user engages in fraudulent activity or provides false contact information.

  • The user violates any of these terms or engages in conduct that is harmful to our farm or other customers.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Putnam County, Florida.
