Shipping Policy

Pickup Only Policy

At Farmstead Off 19, we are dedicated to providing the freshest possible produce to our neighbors. To ensure the highest quality and to maintain our commitment to local sustainability, we do not currently ship our produce.

All orders placed through our website are for Farm Pickup Only. We do not offer shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier at this time.

Flexible Pickup Locations & Scheduling

We aim to make getting farm-fresh produce as convenient as possible. We may offer several pickup points throughout the Palatka area and surrounding communities.

  • Select Your Location: When you "checkout" your virtual cart, you will be prompted to select your preferred pickup location from our current list of available sites.

  • Available Options: Depending on the week, these may include our home farm off Highway 19, local farmers' markets, or designated community drop points.

  • Pickup Windows: Specific days and times for each location will be displayed during the checkout process. Please ensure you select a window that fits your schedule.

  • Harvest Notification: Because we harvest to order, we will send you a final confirmation once your items have been gathered and are en route to your selected pickup site.

  • We reserve the right to cancel pickups points due to unforeseen circumstances.  We will do our best to inform you of any cancelations as soon as reasonably possible.

Payment Terms (Due at Pickup)

To offer maximum flexibility and ensure you are 100% satisfied with your harvest, all payments are due at the time of pickup. * Accepted Payment Methods: We currently accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Venmo, and Zelle.  We reserve the right to change our accepted payment methods and without notice.

  • No Pre-payment: Your online order acts as a "reservation." This allows us to adjust for exact weights so you only pay for exactly what you receive.

Special Note: Microgreens & "Grown to Order"

Because our microgreens are grown specifically for you, please note the following:

  • Lead Time: Most microgreen varieties require a 10–14 day grow cycle.

  • Commitment: By placing a "Grown to Order" request, you are committing to picking up the produce once it reaches peak harvest. We will coordinate a specific pickup date with you at the time of planting.

Wholesale & Chef Logistics

For our restaurant and commercial partners, please contact us directly to discuss local delivery options. While we do not "ship" via mail, we do offer scheduled local delivery runs for high-volume wholesale accounts within Palatka, St. Augustine, and surrounding areas.  Orders placed through this site are for pickup at specified locations only.

Order Cancellations

If you are unable to make your scheduled pickup, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. As our produce is harvested fresh to order, "no-shows" result in food waste that hurts our small farm.

We retain the right to refuse orders from customers who have "no-showed" in the past.
